Continued COVID Testing

NOTICE FOR PRESTIGE STAFF REPORTING COVID-19 TESTING RESULTS UNDER THE PHILADELPHIA COVID-19 VACCINE MANDATE

HOW TO CONTINUE TO RECEIVE FREE COVID-19 TESTS FROM PRESTIGE

Prestige will provide testing staff FREE COVID-19 rapid antigen tests to religiously and/or medically exempted staff that are timely completing the required twice-weekly testing and reporting to Prestige.

If you timely submitted your results for past pay period

You may pick up your FREE test pack for the next pay period on the Monday and/or Tuesday you submit documentation for payroll. You may pick up your test(s) on Mon., 11/29/21 & Tues., 11/30/21

If you did not timely submit your results for the past period

You will not be able to pick up your test pack for the net pay period.

If you are not performing your required testing

Your manner of pay distribution for the period will be made paper check, ready for pick-up at the office on Friday. Further, the City of Philadelphia may require you to be stopped from working and you may be subject to fines by the City of Philadelphia.

If your status has changed (ex., from Unvaccinated to vaccinated)

Please notify our office of this change.

Background.
Prestige Home Care Agency ( Prestige ) previously sent two notices on this matter. The first notice was of the requirement by the city of Philadelphia that all healthcare workers in Philadelphia be fully vaccinated to continue working in Philadelphia. The regulation allows those with certified religious or medical exemptions to continue working without vaccination if they get and report results of two FDA-approved COVID-19 tests per week. The second notice provided guidance for exempted and partially vaccinated staff in how to obtain a COVID-19 test and how to report results to Prestige.
