One of our team members will respond to an applicant’s initial call or email within 24-48 business hours, unless there is an urgent situation that requires services immediately. A visit and/or conference call will be scheduled for a staff member to talk with the caregiver, applicant, family and/or agency. Additional meetings and visits may be scheduled throughout the Admissions process, as needed.
For individuals receiving Pennsylvania Medicaid Waivers, they must be eligible for Social Security, Social Security for Disabled Individuals (SSDI), or Supplemental Security Insurance (SSI). For those individuals who not receiving the benefits our stuff will provide assistance in applying.
